In June 2025, the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) conducted a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) aimed at enhancing the professional development of its nonacademic staff.

The analysis was led by Parveen S. Huda, Managing Director of Consulting and Research Gateway (CnRG), who served as the consultant for the initiative. The TNA was designed to identify key skill gaps and prioritize training needs to ensure alignment between staff development and institutional goals.

Conducting a proactive TNA allows organizations to optimize training investments, minimize wasted resources, and deliver targeted, relevant programs. The findings from this analysis will support CETL’s ongoing efforts to design effective professional development initiatives that contribute to both employee growth and operational efficiency.
