Sixteen faculty members participated in this training.

The training program consisted of four core modules: Teaching and Learning Strategies, Student Advising, Use of Technology (LMS), and Assessment of Learning. Sessions emphasized practical application through interactive workshops, group activities, and hands-on engagement with digital tools. A key focus of the training was developing inclusive, gender-sensitive, and student-centered classrooms responsive to the needs of Gen Z learners in the age of Artificial Intelligence. The sessions were facilitated by distinguished resource persons, including the acting Vice Chancellor Prof. Jude W. Jenillo, PhD, Prof Mohammad Ibrahim, PhD, Prof. Shamsad Mortuza, PhD, Prof. Imran Rahman, Wazir A. F. Ahmad, PhD;  Sarkar Barbaq Quarmal, PhD;  Arifa Rahman; and Mohammad Shazzad Hossain, PhD.
