The University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) recently played host to the Teaching for Active Learning (Batch 11) certificate course, a collaborative effort between the Foundation for Learning, Teaching, and Research (fLTR) and the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL). Twenty-six faculty members from eight prestigious Bangladeshi universities gathered for this intensive three-day program, which unfolded from September 14th to 16th, 2023, within the confines of ULAB's Research Building in Dhanmondi.

Chief Guest Prof. Dr. Kamrul Ahsan accompanied Prof. Imran Rahman and Prof. Dr. Md. Golam Samdani Fakir during the certificate-giving ceremony.

Prof. Dr. Md. Golam Samdani Fakir, the Chairperson of the fLTR, led the course as its director, offering comprehensive guidance and serving as the primary facilitator. Notably, CETL-ULAB's Director, Dr. Mohammad Shazzad Hossain, conducted an engaging session titled "Effective Habits of High Performing Teachers."
